You are curious and hungry to learn and grow, and you have an intuition when to build scrappy and when to slow down
-
You want to move fast but you know that there is a delicate balance to strive between furiously churning out code and growing your design in a sustainable way
-
You value feedback, love working with others, and believe respectful collaboration is how great software gets built
-
You care deeply about your craft and you want to become the best at what you do, but you are not afraid to try new tools and technologies in your day to day, like LLMs and agentic IDEs
-
You are pragmatic and purpose-driven: climate change is real, EVs are part of the solution, and you want to contribute to systems that actually work
