How It Works
Clockwork connects detection, diagnosis, and dispatch into a continuous reliability loop. It unifies OCPP data from the CPMS, hardware telemetry from EVSE units, connectivity systems such as SIM cards, routers, and gateways, and site-level electrical components. By correlating these inputs in real time, Clockwork detects issues early, guides technicians to the right fix, and verifies that every site is truly back in service.
Detect
Clockwork continuously ingests signals from every layer of the charging ecosystem - from hardware telemetry (temperature, voltage, connector states) to network communications (latency, dropouts) and software-level metrics (session initiations, transaction results, and handshake data).
By correlating this data in real time, Clockwork identifies anomalies in behavior that may precede failure - such as slower connection times, voltage drift, or inconsistent connector responses.
